Collaborate with appropriate department managers to identify needs, formulate cost-effective solutions, and closely monitor staff efforts to ensure superior service delivery. Reduced work related injuries from a high risk account to a top performer. Contributed in reducing work related injury costs in the region from $179,000 to $89,500. In January of 2011 was instrumental in saving the account from being terminated and was requested to be assigned to this account by the client. Led my team and brought hospital cleanliness to a higher level. Successfully passed Sodexo Quality Audit with score of 100%, also passed TJC, CMS, surveys. Key Achievements: Assisted Sodexo in obtaining a new (5) year contract, negotiated and secured a new waste stream contract with a $240,000. Savings, as well as a new Linen contract reducing costs and pounds per patient day by 15%.
