Construction projects included: installing interactive Video/TV system, Security Access/Entry System. Managed in house staff and contract staff for valet, shuttle and landscape services. Exceeded budget without compromising quality. Construction management oversight include: Installing a New Fire sprinkler systems in two (2) of the hospitals, New NICU, and 600 ton chiller.
