I have spent my whole career in the shipping, transport and logistics industry. In my current role at Hapag-Lloyd Switzerland, I am accountable for customers which are shipping traded commodities (coffee, cocoa, cotton, metals etc.) in sea containers. My passion is to build up and maintain solid relationships with my customers and understanding their needs. I get highly motivated by outperforming my targets and landing new business opportunities. Besides this I enjoy working closely with my colleagues and go the extra mile together. Due to my interpersonal skills I am able to find quick resolutions within my network and increase customers’ satisfaction.
