Understood product knowledge and process, including materials, technology, and people, making systematic changes that resulted in superior business results. Developed the global training materials for brand new 900 ppm equipment. Developed equipment standards, including LOTO, CL, CIL, AM, and PM. Developed training documents, including repair procedures and troubleshooting guides.  Led department training for approximately 60 technicians to accelerate individual’s learnings. Reduced department M&R costs by $1 million per year by improving and tracking tool life for six copper parts. Enabled $4 million per year plant savings in 2015, when all lines converted to the new design tops. Overall efforts resulted in increased PR from 44% to 81% in three years. Made focused and permanent improvements, eliminating root causes.
