Current• Manage and live on-site with students at The Other Side Academy (TOSA) which is a two-year, self-sustaining, residential life-skills, and vocational training program for people in long-term criminal behavior, drug addiction, and homelessness. Many of the students come as an alternative to incarceration or rehab. Students on average have been arrested 25 times. The school accepts men and women, both pre-and post-sentencing, who are ready to learn a new and better way to live their lives.• Run legal department managing parole and probation requirements, attending court, speaking with judges and submitting required paperwork. • Visit jails and prisons in the Denver Metro Area to conduct interviews and presentations about The Other Side Academy.• Relocated to Denver in May 2019 in order to launch the new Denver facility.
