I have been working since I was 12 years old. Even before that I used to always help my Mother at Dunkin Donuts . The first time I did that was at 8 years old, I would do all the Doughnut prep. I would also do the dishes , take out trash, and clean the backroom. At 12 i started working as a full time employee and go to school. I eventually became a shift leader and i did that for about two years. I then began to explore other food service jobs. I ended up at Friendlys and stayed there for 12 years. I did work a few other restaurants. I would would two jobs here and there. I ended up being a lead cook and a store opener for the company. I did Ruby Tuesday and Friendlys at the same time for awhile. I was the Kitchen Manager at Ruby's and still Lead Cook and store opener at Friendlys. While at Friendlys I also dis the following, Server, Greeter, Fountian, and also counter. I learned back of the house and front of the house while there. I managed to become pretty good at customer service. I am now the Assistant Manager at the Gulf on the Mass Pike in Ludlow. I was able to reach this in 6 months of being here. I always put 100% into my work and would never ask someone to do something I wouldn't do myself. I always wanna find ways to be better and learn more at my job. My Employees feel very comfortable coming to me with issues. I always do my best to insure that everything that needs to get done in a timely and effective fashion.
