Responsibilities• Worked closely with the RTB (Run the Bank) teams and SMEs (Subject matter Experts) to understand the new architecture, current architecture, processes and data quality issues.• Created the PDR (Product Data Requirements) reconciliation which compares the new architecture against the old architecture, Identified and explained the architectural differences found in the reconciliation based on deep dive/root cause analysis.• Identified defects in the new architecture, highlighted these defects to the developers and followed through until resolution.• Presented findings of the reconciliation to senior management and stakeholders which was a key decider in the release 1 go live decision.

Responsibilities• Analysed existing processes to identify opportunities to streamline and improve, identifying IT fixes, Microsoft Excel development and a better way of working.• Liaised with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify offshoring possibilities, highlighting risk and providing mitigation to offset the risk.• Analysed existing processes to identify quantifiable functions. Recorded turnaround time and produced volume data on these functions to create and maintain a working capacity model.• Created a future state model for the organisation which showed the implementation of all proposed changes and how the organisation could function with the implemented changes. • Created a project plan highlighting when each change can be implemented. The Prime Brokerage onboarding functions which had previously been located in Liverpool & Hangzhou were now being migrated to Birmingham & Bangalore.• I successfully managed the migration of work between all 4 locations to ensure adequate training had been received and all knowledge of the processes had been transferred to the receiving party. • I engaged with stakeholders to ensure the availability of team members from the sending locations to conduct training and hold knowledge sessions.• I created a training plan and skills matrix to manage and assess how the training was going and conducted testing to ensure the training was on schedule and to a sufficient level.• I made frequent visits to all 4 locations to manage the relationships between sending and receiving parties to ensure the project was on schedule and addressed any concerns raised by either party.• The project was a success with all training and knowledge transferred by the target date with minimal impact to business. • I worked closely with both of the receiving parties for a year after migration for query resolution and knowledge transfer for ad hoc processes that might have been missed in the migration. -
