Financial Responsibilities:  Management and responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX budgets of a total over USD five (5) million annually. Department financial end-to-end management: board proposal, quotes, PO’s, invoice tracking and payment forecasting (accruals & deferrals). Strategic short and long term planning including capacity upgrades and infrastructure repairs. CAPEX responsibility include creation of budget proposals for board, cash flow management and projection, monthly KPI spend update to board. OPEX responsibility includes management of weekly and monthly expenditure, validation of monthly contractual invoices, department weekly KPI reporting.Project Responsibilities: Planning, Management and Execution of complex and highly visible projects ensuring completion on schedule, budget and scope. Design & Implementation of Critical Datacenter upgrade projects for Power, HVAC, Civils and Network Infrastructure. Coordination with various Internal Teams to plan for existing and upcoming projects. Completion of repair and restoration Cell Tower Infrastructure Projects including brownfield/greenfield civils, grounding, access roads, landslips and natural disaster incident mitigations. Completion of the following major Datacenter projects: Dual Power Train implementation, Datacenter Rectifier & Battery upgrades, Inverter replacement, HVAC upgrades, POD system integration and Load Migrations.Vendor Responsibilities: Vendor Management for three (3) Datacenters and 412 Cell Towers in the following sections: Power, Networking, Site Electrical, Generators, Civils, HVAC, Fire Suppression, Access Control. Vendor performance management through service reviews, SLA’s tracking, escalations, conflict resolution, billing and procurement enquires.  Participation in Vendor sourcing including RFI, RFQ & RFP.  New Vendor/contract negotiations (every 1 or 2 yrs.). Management of existing vendor contracts through negotiations and amendments to SLA’s.
