NextGen Soccer is an initiative to create grass-root programs to support under-privileged sportspersons and further the sport. As a sportsperson, I feel that I've been given so much especially in terms of qualities like sportsmanship, leadership, brotherhood and the unending urge to win. NextGen was born with a need to give back to the sports community and push the creation of new elements including leagues and teams to provide opportunities. The program supports CSR and Social Empowerment Initiatives to fund such elements and sportspersons and educate them for a sustainable career. Madhya Pradesh's First Professional Women's Football Team - Valkyrie Football Club was born this way. It's been a powerful way of showcasing some of MP's best talent and giving them a stage to grow. Last year, NextGen Soccer was also instrumental in creating MPs first State-wide Football League for Women.I've been involved in multi-faceted roles having handled PR and CSR outreach for the NGO and meeting and negotiating with various stakeholders including the Sports Ministry and officials and Corporate entities in three different states.

Developed and successfully marketed a completely new educational grooming product for schools with incredible feedback.Created and currently recording and running India's First Career Guidance and Information Podcast to grow a mass follower base on various platforms such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts.Researched, created and restructured content to cater to younger, creative minds.Improved profit margin by developing unique collaborative ideas and events.Successfully running four different services for a varied audience including Career Counselling, Study Abroad Programs and Corporate Training.Came up with a Virtual College Festival to carry varied themes and collate a client base. Identified and successfully experimented with Ed-tech tools such as Animated videos and White-board animation.Created and monitored a bi-annual Internship Program with students from various College and School brands Pan-Asia.
