Overseeing all aspects of lettings within branch from property valuations to preparation of contracts.Day to day duties:-- Team management & development- Property valuation & Listing- Marketing from social media to property portals- Monitoring commercial activities within local market- Preparation of tenancy agreements & notices- Following up of all business transaction & viewings- Implementing office systems, ensuring all records are up to date- Liaising with clients visiting office and via telephone- Negotiating between tenants and landlords- Invoicing & handling of client’s money- Registering deposits at protection scheme- Preparing strategic leafleting- Monitoring tenants referencing & collection of identification- Organising and taking part in telephone call out sessions- General office administration
