The role focused on root cause analysis, as well as the development of innovative solutions, through the use of WCM tools and best practices, all while maintaining the high standard of safety which Saint Gobain demands. The role included:• Root cause analysis of machine failures and poor performance, with solution development and implementation through the use of WCM tools such as EWO, Major Kaizen, Quick Kaizen, etc.• PM (Professional Maintenance) projects with the target of restoring and improving machine performance by eliminating breakdowns and reducing cleaning and maintenance costs• Managing CAPEX projects from feasibility studies to implementationReporting to: Engineering Manager/Plant Manager
