I am an attorney admitted and practicing in the Courts of the State of New York for over 25 years. I am also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Districts of New York. I have specialized in Collections/Creditor's Rights, as well as Bankruptcy Litigation in Federal Court. I am also proficient in general Civil Litigation where I excelled while I worked for the Nassau County Attorney's Office. Currently I am working as a sole practitioner, but am open to other opportunities. I am experienced in litigation, legal writing and research, appellate work, drafting of motions and other pleadings, mediation and settlement, especially in the areas of bankruptcy, collection, real estate, landlord/tenant, tax liens and foreclosure. I also have a background in the oil and gas industry, being familiar with oil and gas leasing, surface and mineral rights and title search for mineral rights owners.
