I am a qualified Early Years/Primary School teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience in England, South Korea, and China. My experience has included teaching both the English National Curriculum (ENC) in England and internationally, and the Primary Years Program (PYP) from the International Baccalaureate (IB) at international schools in China and Korea. My current school follows the American curriculum applying Common Standards, NGSS Science Standards, and the C3 Framework. This experience has enabled me to develop an in-depth understanding of these standards and their application when developing engaging project-based learning units and assessments.I have also been in leadership roles, introducing new initiatives such as Professional Learning Communities, as well as steering re-accreditation processes on multiple occasions.
