Responsible for managing a team of 4 active duty service members responding to technical assistance requests for all Interior Communications and Navigational Equipment troubleshooting, repair, assessment, and inspections for the Southeast Region. Responsible for training all Sailors in the Southeast region on said equipment. Additional duties include Educational Services Officer, responsible for coordinating advancement eligibility, advancement exam ordering and issuing, as well as Sailor enrollment in off duty higher education endeavors.

Responsible for the leadership and administration of 52 maintenance work centers; including policy, training, trend analysis, procedural compliance, and managment of work requests between ship and shore entities.

Divisional Group Supervisor. Responsible for the planning, execution, and admin for 8 maintenance work centers and the training and development of 20 junior personnel.

Design, draft, and build video distribution systems and radio broadcast systems for US Navy, Coast Guard, and MSC ships. Maintain and provide technical support throughout the fleet. Manage 3 junior engineers on site, as well as providing technical leadership and direction to engineering staffs at six conus, oconus, and overseas Fleet Support Detachments. Responsible for responding to 3M maintenance technical feedback reports concerning broadcast systems Navy wide. Reliability Centered Maintenance for Maintenance Developers level 1 and 2 certified.

Supervised the preventive and corrective maintenance of three maintenance work centers and 20 technicians. Maintained and operated the Improved Fresnel Lens Optical Landing System, the Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance System, and Flight Deck Lighting Systems. Responsible for Quality Assurance inspections of VLA systems. Wrote and managed qualification tests and oral boards.

Damage Control Leading Petty Officer. Managed 7 technicians in Damage Control System Maintenance. Performed duties as Lead Investigator and Hoseman for Repair Locker Firefighting Teams. Responsible for the successful, on-budget, and on-time completion of 3500 corrective maintenance actions.

Work Center Supervisor for Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance System. Supervised 7 personnel in the maintenance and operation of the ILARTS system. Responsible for Quality Assurance inspections on ILARTS system.
