After graduating from 43 Air School with a Commercial Pilot License (Frozen ATPL) in 2018, I decided to pursue a career in the care sector, where I could use my communication, organization, and team coordination skills to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I have over two years of experience as a Care Coordinator at Heritage Homecare Dublin, where I managed the scheduling, training, and quality assurance of a team of more than 40 care workers, and ensured the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to over 50 clients. Currently, I am a Senior Care Assistant at Wren Retirement Living, where I supervise and mentor a team of 10 care assistants, and provide holistic care and support to residents. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and well-being of all the residents that are under my care. I am always eager to learn, up skill while adhering to the best practices in the care sector.
