All good things come to an end at some stage and after 13 amazing years at NZ best multi purpose stadium it was time to move on. I am very luckly to have another cool job in the NZ event sector. Leading a small but talented team in the noble art of working with promoters and venues to maximise event ticket sales.As live events continue to become a more important part of the whole entertainment industry this is a great time to be involved in events. Working for NZ largest ticketing company you get a ringside seat to the rapid changes affecting the industry.I am looking forward to the next three years. It is going to be an interesting ride!

Steven arrived in the event industry in 2001, armed only with the enthusiasm of the truly ignorant, having enjoyed a previous career in marketing which was notable for its complete lack of venue or event management experience. Despite wearing out two ground-staff and been physically threatened by a third turf manager during his current tenure at Westpac Stadium, he remains the first contact point for any promoter wishing to host major stadium events in Wellington.His career highlights include embarrassing his work mates with a shameless bout of showboating on the pitch after the All Whites world cup qualifying victory, which culminated with kissing Riki Herbert on national TV, and scheduling two AC/DC concerts less than a week out from the International Sevens. Steven’s career gaols are to never work in an organisation large enough to require a human resource department and he hopes to remain in his current position long-enough to enjoy the Hurricanes winning a major trophy. Based on their current form and squad he is looking forward to retirement in 2042.
