Participates and contributes extensively in the Army’s Long Range Investment strategy and the Combat Vehicle Modernization Strategy processes. During the Army’s budgetary process, prepares and presents briefings for the Government and supporting data to the Congressional Professional Staff Members. Prepares documents in all forms to update or inform senior Army leaders on all aspects of the Abrams Tank, M88A2-HERCULES programs, FMS, and the industrial base. -
