About Steven Tipple

A dynamic and innovative sales and product professional with more than 30 years experience. After 20+ years in Financial Services spanning consumer and commercial payment and lending products in traditional and fintech start up organisations, it was time to follow my car passion. Specialising in Business Development at all organisational levels, I am well versed in the requirements of partners and the customer service, quality and consistency they expect of key suppliers to their business. The automotive collision repair industry is in various stages of transitioning to a retail model adopting processes, systems and capability. Its been exciting to be part of implementing this change as consumers of automotive services continue to lift their expectation on service, communication and quality. The EV market is focused on a low touch direct model which is changing the way consumers expect automotive services including collision repair.
