Monitors vehicle preparation and sale process and communicates with lane, department managers, market sale team and other coordinators to ensure each vehicle crosses the auction block on sale day and ensure vehicles are re-run if necessary Manage employees who report to me to make sure they are following all objectives that are needed to make sure customers are satisfied with there inventory as well as providing help when necessary. Provides direct communication link to customers to ensure their expectations are met and service issues are resolved Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves customer problems and issuesServes as a liaisons between customers, sales teams, and location personnel to reconcile problems and maintain a high level of customer service Walks vehicles for/with account representative and make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value. Reviews vehicles on sale line-up and locates missing and coordinates with customers and operations to ensure vehicles prepared for sale.
