These coatings are made in low pressure plasma machines.Making hydrophobic coatings : the levels range from level 1 to level 8. Depending on what the customer wants.Making hydrophilic coatings that absorbs water immediately.Doing plasma activation of materials prior to gluing, printing,...Our coatings find there application in following industries: automotive, general plastics, medical, textile, electronics, filtration,mobile phones,PCB's..........Preform laboratory - analysis ( contact angle measurements, thickness measurements, microscopy,washing and spaytests,.... )Making internal lab reports with pictures,parameters,measurement results,.....Receive and send back of customers samples by ( DHL,UPS,FedEx,....) administration ( making proforma invoices, etc... )Keeping up to date the consumables of the lab and order new ones.Doing maintenance on the lab machinesExpert in mounting and demounting of mobile phones ( Samsung,Apple,Nokia,..... ) and general electronics ( headsets,bluetooth speakers,.... )

I was involved in successfully launching new products and prototypes for automotive customers through the APQP and PPAP system. Follow up the first production series. Analysis and development of corrective and preventive measures related to production problems, customer complaints and supplier rejects.
