In this job I'm responsible for a lot of various areas. My main tasks are:Making of the monthly reconciliations for all the Coca-Cola GB& Ireland Balance sheet accounts. Preparing and submitting of the monthly financial statements (Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheet Statement, additional tax/restructuring forms. ). Preparing and submitting of all other company-required statements (Cash Flow, Rolling Estimate Cash Flow, BS Exposure, Rolling Estimate Fees and Commissions, Rolling Estimate Gain/Loss on exchange... ).Preparing and submitting legally-required statements : Monthly and quarterly VAT Declarations, National Statistics. Acting as a primary point of contact towards my internal UK & Ireland Coca-Cola clients. Relating to this, also having regular client meetings with these people in London/Dublin. Perform additional client services/requests.Posting of Journal Vouchers.Maintaining and updating the chart of accounts and cost centers within Coca-Cola GB/Ireland. Implementing of new procedures and changes. Key achievements in this area are the setting up of a UK GAAP through appropriate mapping of local GAAP accounts in our accounting software (SAP). Where in the past this was all done through excel sheets and this work had to be started from scratch, now everything is processed through SAP. This makes the work much more efficient and eases the transparency and review of the accounts by our internal customers and E&Y. Acting as a primary point of contact towards internal and external auditors (Ernst&Young). In this role I'm also fully responsible for the preparation and timely completion of the company's annual accounts as per UK GAAP and filing of the corporation tax return in collaboration with Ernst & Young.

The main responsibilities here were: * Making of the monthly reconciliations for all the Coca-Cola Services non-marketing related Balance sheet accounts.; Preparing and submitting of the monthly financial statements (Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheet Statement, additional tax/restructuring forms. ).; Preparing and submitting of all other company-required statements (Cash Flow, Rolling Estimate Cash Flow, BS Exposure, Rolling Estimate Fees and Commissions, Rolling Estimate Gain/Loss on exchange...; Preparing and submitting legally-required statements (for Coca-Cola Services as well as for Minute Maid Juices): Monthly and quarterly; Preparing internal and external audits. * Posting of non-Marketing related Journal Vouchers.; Maintaining and updating the chart of accounts and cost centers; Implementing of new procedures and changes.

In this position I was responsible for: * The posting and checking of marketing related Journal Vouchers.; Making the reconciliations of Marketing related Balance sheet Accounts (prepaid, accrued advertising..; Involvement in the implementation of the new tool to build up and reverse accruals. Guiding the client in the use of this tool.; Upon request of the client, improving the quality of reconciliations and recharges to the various supply points.

The main tasks here were: * Posting of supplier's invoices.; Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness and doing the follow-up on pending invoices.

This company is active in the holiday branche and it groups Neckermann, All Seasons and Sunsnacks; I started to work in the accounting team of All Seasons and later on I transferred to the General Ledger department. Main tasks here were: * Changing the flow of courier invoices (and their accounting) in the company. This resulted in a lot of time savings and improved efficiency for us as well as for the supplier.. * Posting of supplier's invoices.; The preparation and performing of the weekly payments

Follow-up on supplier's statements and reminders.; A company which offers social loans to people with a limited income so that these people are also able to buy a house.; Main responsibilities here were: * Uploading of the daily bank statements; Follow-up with external parties (notary offices...) to keep track of the progress of the concerning loan file.
