Darling Ingredients Inc. is a leading multinational provider of rendering, recycling and recovery solutions to the Nation's food industries. As General Manager I oversee all operational aspects, inclusive of P&L, capex, safety and environmental demands, of two transfer stations with a fleet of 50 trucks, 45 hourly employees and 8 salaried management personnel, servicing the central and southeast Florida regions. Our 5000+ customers are diverse and range from the smallest owner operators to major chain restaurants, grocery stores and the largest local attractions.

Orlando, Florida Area

As an Account Manager I oversaw a customer base of 1400 accounts in a five county central Florida area inclusive of independent owner operators to chain restaurants, hospitals, hotels and area attractions. I was self directed and personally responsible for building relationships and networking to grow the account base while maintaining current customers. Promoted to General Manager December 2011.

Greater Daytona Beach Area

Oversaw all operational, marketing and financial activity for east Volusia county's largest self storage operator. The company's portfolio consisted of 10 locations with a combined 800,000 square feet of self storage, flex office, airplane hangar and files/records storage space.

Central Florida

Served as a District Manager overseeing 14 self storage locations doing 11 million dollars in yearly revenues. Had operational control of all areas of the business including the coaching and development of 30 managers, marketing strategies, pricing and facilities maintenance.
