Site Acquisition Manager responsible for the day to day project management of over 100 real estate transactions while managing a team of 9 made up of legal, architects, landlord's and construction managers. Financial analysis of leases to determine companies ROR.

Responsibilities included working on site at AT&T with their asset and property management teams to develop strategies against associated properties in the portfolio. Engaged in the disposition and acquisition of properties growing the portfolio from 3.5M to 7M sq.ft. Over this time period developed processes and procedures to create a strong broker network comprising of 17 states and 20 market knowledgeable brokers. On a daily basis I was managing up to 40 transaction per month, and working side by side with the various AT&T asset managers and business units.
