Beyond Billables is a digital marketing and media agency for professional service firms. At Beyond Billables I work on running half-day branding and marketing sessions that lead to the development of brand audits and marketing strategy plans for clients.

I am currently working with around 15 small businesses in the fitness industry, in Brisbane. I am in weekly, to bi-weekly, to fortnightly contact with each business; specialising in social media content creation (the challenge here revolving around the creation of engaging content), social media optimization (the challenge here revolving around teaching business owners about how the big 4 social media platforms work and how they can be exploited as an earned media source) and building brand communities and platforms these businesses can use in the future.Some of these business include: Garra Jujitsu Southwest//Gamebred Academy//Vigor Tutelage//Chao Gracie Jujitsu//Arte Suave//The Grappling Club//Newstead Brewing Co.//

In this role I am Involved with liaison with store management, presentation of point of sale and product placement in store. Furthermore I function as an important touch point between client and the Ferrero brand.

In this role I have developed detailed marketing plans and collaborated with the owner of Grand Martial Arts (GMA) in understanding the importance and reasoning behind the plans. This has included developing new business pathways and directions, brand management and guiding the business towards more proactive business plans.

Worked on developing comprehensive marketing plans, internal business processes and structures and education of the management in regards to brand strategies and effective business practices.

I began in early 2013 with a small personal training project undertaken whilst studying that turned into a viable business. This business still services around 10+ clients on a weekly basis. In this role I had to develop a detailed business plan and specific documents tailored to the business such as; financial data collection processes, client related documentation and so forth.

Head of security at River Bar and Kitchen:This role Involved delegating and organizing a security team in regular high stress and high pressure situations in a venue that held around 200+ people.General crowd controller at The Stock Exchange Hotel and other venues:This role comprised of working on a team of 8+ guards in high stress environments. In this role I dealt with extremely intoxicated patrons from situations relating to patron hospitality to de-escalation of high stress and dangerous situations.

In this role I worked with Brisbane’s largest martial arts academy with around 900 students. I taught Japanese Jujitsu, Mixed Martial Arts and Kickboxing to children and adults. I also managed and coordinated 3 external schools for the academy. Involved being principle instructor, liaison between clients and management and first aid officer.
