UCSD recruited me to design a 1-year certificate program for Program Managers and Quality Assurance professionals.Developed a comprehensive curriculum and am the principal instructor for Program Management, QA, and DevOps to equip 100’s of professionals with essential skills to deliver Enterprise Solutions. Extensive use of Atlassian tools, Agile, and Scrum.

Led and managed cross-functional IT programs for this satellite communications provider, both secure and commercial, serving as a program manager, QA lead, and agile scrum master providing enterprise solutions, cloud migration, M&A, and digital security.Security and Quality Risk Analysis and Resolution - To address critical Security and Quality gaps, including CMMC, Export Compliance, and ISO, that risked audit failures leading to fines, loss of business and reputation, security risks, and inefficiencies, I led the modernization of 160 hardware and software labs. o Audited labs to identify vulnerabilities, architected updates, worked with Lab Managers, internal and external customers to reduce impact to their projects during lab modernization. o Secured C-level approval and directed 100+ team members across multiple groups to modernize the labs and deliver projects ahead of schedule, eliminating security, and automated audits and system updates with no impact to lab deliverables.Migration to Cloud - To improve the scalability, performance, and security of a mix of outdated legacy systems, I led the migration to a secure cloud infrastructure supporting thousands of GCC-High (Secure) and commercial users. Secured C-level approval for the plan and led multiple teams to complete the project ahead of schedule. Resulted in improved collaboration, significant operational cost savings, and reduced security risks.M&A - To ensure uninterrupted business operations and maintain collaboration with external customers, and internal teams, led IT integration for Viasat’s acquisition of 2 midsize companies. Conducted in-depth reviews of user profiles, application configurations, workflows, and data to develop a comprehensive migration plan, securing C-level approval. Delivered a seamless transition of users, O365, and D365 applications with minimal downtime, significantly improving cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency.
