Steven Webb has worked for World Bank for 26 years as economist and advisor, as a staff member and as a consultant since retirement in 2009. He has also worked with the Inter-American Development Bank, UNDP, and the Moscow Higher School of Economics. He has worked in research, evaluations and operations, in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and other regions. His specialties include political economy, decentralization and public finance.
