Drive of all operational and logistical aspects of the Visual Merchandising department to ensure deadlines and cross-functional needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and execute various project plans supporting the home office team as well as the store fleet for propping development, timely rollout, and flawless store execution. Spearhead the cross-functional project calendar to effectively streamline workload and provide visibility of deadlines for functional and cross functional partners in the home office and the field.Create and execute detailed store communication documents related to product placement, testing, marketing, propping/trim installation, delivery details, and expectations.Manage vendor relationships for development of creative projects from all aspects of concept ideation, sourcing, distribution strategies, costing, production, purchase orders, shipping logistics, installation, and store support.Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to direct product placement, prototype store layouts, and store execution documentation.Develop successful ongoing cross-functional relationships with internal executive partners across the brand and field leadership team members providing them clear expectations for deliverables and project execution as they relate to the visual team.Effectively manage details of the department related to budgeting, store payroll allocation for floor set activity, and all sample and prop inventory.Conduct thorough onboarding sessions with new associates in the home office and District Manager field leadership, resulting in an understanding of Visual Merchanding team member functions and operations, to best foster strong working partnerships.Implement and maintain by-store window, fixture, and capacity database. Utilize pivot table and sort functionality to support departmental and cross-functional team project planning as necessary.
