I started my career as a software developer while attending school and spent the next several years developing software in the Graphics, Defense and Telecommunications industries. During this time I worked as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, Architect and Project Manager developing leading edge object oriented graphics, user interface and telecommunications software before moving into engineering management.While in engineering management I have worked as a Project Manager, SCRUM Master, Program Manager, Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering / Development in the Telecommunications and Telecommunications Fraud industry managing budgets up to $15 million and geographically diverse organizations of over 140 people. I successfully adapted various development methodologies, primarily Agile/SCRUM, to the needs of the products and the development groups using them.
