Responsibilities include valuations and property consultancy in respect of commercial, industrial, residential developments and mixed-use property. Clients include the major Banks, Corporates and private entities.

Some key responsibilities included:>Governance and oversight of regeneration and property development projects including evaluation, feasibility, risk / reward, management and delivery.>Providing professional advise to Council on a range of regeneration and property development issues, ensuring that business cases and viability appraisals are adequately challenged and tested.I also served on the project boards of:>Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) Project Board.>Regeneration Towns Fund Masterplan Project board (for the planning, / development of mixed use regeneration projects)

As part of Nedbank Corporate / CIB Property Finance regional management team, I was responsible for both Valuations and Project Developments. This included the valuation of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property, both existing and to be developed. Development loans included valuation and project management oversight from inception till completion, covering, inter alia, compliance and all attendant risks / rewards.Nedbank CIB is the leading Bank providing long and short term finance, and my team of Valuers and Quantity Surveyors were associated with numerous major projects in the Western Cape and Gauteng.
