Steven H. Yeh is a Managing Director in the Client Solutions Group at CBRE Investment Management. Mr. Yeh works closely with the Firm’s portfolio management teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia to raise capital and develop relationships with investment consultants, financial institutions, and middle market pension plans in the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Yeh is a proven capital formation professional responsible for raising over $7 Billion of capital during his career. He has over 25 years of real estate industry experience in investor relations, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Mr. Yeh worked at BlackRock where he was in the Account Management Group responsible for raising capital on behalf of the firm’s U.S. and global real estate funds. Prior to Blackrock, Mr. Yeh held positions at Prudential Real Estate Investors, Prudential Securities and Deutsche Banc Mortgage Capital where he was involved in the underwriting of real estate equity, debt and operating company investments. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and a Registered Representative (Series 7 and 63).
