Casual role starting out in Macquarie centre and have since worked in all Sydney locations encompassing a maximum of 18 store locations and all store types including: outlet stores, Myer Concession stores, Premium and Flagship stores. Duties and responsibilities include: meeting individual and store sales KPIs, customer order fulfillment, online order fulfilment during store trading hours, dealing with customer complaints, open and closing stores, banking and settlement of cash and EFTPOS stations, ensuring all paperwork such as refund forms and receipts are correct before sending to Head Office, stock management and stockroom cleanliness, Visual merchandising of stores for sale and non-sale periods, responsibility of store key holder and garbage disposal. Duties apply to all 18 locations.

Full time acting manager of an Aquila concession within a department store, managing a total of 2 staff members. Duties included opening and closing of store daily, ensuring store Visual Merchandising standards were met and kept, stock management and upkeep of stockroom cleanliness standards. Ensuring customer service standards among all staff members as well as myself, always striving to deliver the best service possible to the customer.Liaising with customers for customer orders and occasional personal delivery of orders.

Worked in a casual trainee role, responsible for basic store duties including: cleaning of all glass display cases, setting watches and clocks to correct time, sales and handling of high value goods (watches costing over AUD4000), till management, closing of store, sales targets, taking in customer watch repairs, documenting of repairs and jobs and website design on Wix.Additionally this role also included duties in the watch repair department which include: Battery and seal replacement and pressure testing of watches, watch strap changing and bracelet adjustments, polishing of watch cases and bracelets and general assistance to the watchmaker. All duties were supervised and taught by a professional watchmaker.
