Current•Alpine Clinical Consulting provides clinical supply chain consulting services for pharmaceutical and bio tech enterprises engaged in developing innovative health care solutions for patients•Services have included collaboratively scoping and leading implementation of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, providing interim leadership and coaching for teams in transition, business process development, forecasting and demand consolidation, and leading quality system event investigations including root cause identification and development of corrective and preventative actions •The interface points between sponsors and contract manufacturing organization are an area of particular focus. I have worked in this area extensively by leading requirements development and outsourcing activities for clients’ clinical supply portfolios including execution and performance/KPI management•Key competencies include deep understanding of clinical supply chain management business processes (including planning, forecasting, label process development, and temperature excursion management), extensive experience working compliantly in GMP/GDP environments, demonstrated ability to partner across functions, financial forecasting, and project management•Experienced working with Microsoft Office products, Veeva, Planisware, Smartsheet, and Coupa and familiarity with IRT systems
