My early career was spent in restaurant management beginning with running my parents shop for several years before eventually buying them out. I've done corporate training as well and managed several restaurants. Looking to transition from the service industry I was offered an opportunity to work in the Information Technology field where I currently manage a large team of technicians and concentrate mainly on hiring for the largest department in the company. My strengths lie in building relationships with my team and with selecting great team members to complement the culture and direction of the company.
