I specifically advise and represent many of the country’s leading on-demand and gig economy businesses in navigating the ever-evolving legal landscape to resolve misclassification audits and lawsuits. I assist with corporate transactions, including pre-acquisition or pre-investment due diligence, negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements, and preparation of employment and retention agreements.
