I've also advised and counseled many small businesses as well. I am always looking for opportunities, whether directly or as a supporter of a promising venture.As a real estate developer, I was involved in every phase of development, from land acquisition, highest and best use of land, obtaining all necessary permits from all local and state agencies, financing the project to building out, selling or renting the final project. Several major real estate development projects were:MEADOWBROOK ESTATES: A development of 40 single family homes in Haverhill, MAGRANITE HEIGHTS: A condo/townhouse development in Hooksett, NH. During my time with the project, 96 units were constructed and sold.FAIRWAY OAKS: 105 unit development of 55 and over housing in Haverhill, MA. UXBRIDGE APARTMENTS: An 55 and over project, consisting of developing the land and selling the project prior to the start of construction.
