My distinct and professional visual style in report submissions is always responsive to the Project Leaders sensibilities for a project.My extensive experience in the education sector has been further developed whilst working on the ‘Third Level Colleges Bundles 1 and 2’ project bids. The University of Limerick (Library Extension), Limerick Institute of Technology (New Library and Information Resource Centre) and Waterford Institute of Technology (New Engineering School and Business and Enterprise Buildings) projects have allowed me to develop and coordinate design proposals and create detailed bid reports in conjunction with a full team of consultants.Team Working/ Collaboration/ Independent Working – I have been able to support colleagues effectively and manage close partnerships with industry leading engineers and other consultants in a number of international projects such as YU. G5 Building - Worked on options proposals for speculative office development within the Edinburgh Park masterplan. Stages B-D City Inn Westminster -– Hotel / 22,000m² / £35m / Work Stages D-G- worked on stautory applications and tender scoping drawings.
