Focus team members from Global IT on driving towards root cause for Problems and applying the learning from root cause to prevent re-occurrence. • Point of contact for incident escalation for the business community and IT. • Communications oversight: The review, edit and approval of all corporate IT communications sent via service desk to ensure quality and correctness.• Proactively monitor and predict service metric results and address areas of concern or need in order to ensure targets are met.• Manage outsourced service desk solution in Europe and China. o Hold weekly meetings with vendors to discuss opportunities for improvement related to the incident management, problem management, communication and escalation processes. o Set knowledge sharing strategy between North American, European, and China teams as well as level two and level three teams.• Responsible for the Asset Management process. Manage the vendor in order to drive continuous improvements to the Asset Management process
