Our extensive years of experience in staffing allows us to bring the expertise required to meet our client’s expectations by identifying the best talent in the market place.As the Director of Recruiting at STAFFOGEN, my responsibilities are to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies, while empowering others and holding them accountable to achieve results.• Work as the “right hand” to the President of the company to deliver recruiting solutions to Staffogen’s clients• Design and implement recruiting strategies that attract top talent to Staffogen• Lead, manage, and mentor members of the recruiting team• Run daily huddles to insure there is proper ownership on all recruiting assignments• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find top talent• Source, screen, and evaluate talent which can range from mid-level to senior level positions• Develop pipeline of candidates for future openings• Develop networking strategy for recruiting team (this includes user groups, chambers of commerce, professional organizations, etc.)• Stay on top of recruiting trends. This includes evaluating new tools, technologies, and the latest in the recruiting industry
