He is driven by delivery of exceptional outcomes for clients and offering insights shaped by many years of Industry and executive experience in a broad range of areas.With over 25 years service in Defence and Industry, Steve has extensive experience across a range of sectors and domains. His roles have largely focused on leading organisational change and management of major programs in all stages of the capability life-cycle, and he has a passion for developing solutions to complex problems that embrace innovative thought. Steve has a personable character that he uses effectively to establish strong and productive relationships at all levels. He is a trustee of the Navy Clearance Diver Trust which aims to assist Clearance Divers and their families through hardship and provide proactive programs to assist with transition out of active service.
