Wrote software for travel agents serving businesses. I started out writing front ends on Windows PCs for agents entering traveler profile information (credit card, preferred flyer numbers, etc.) in the C programming language, which i taught myself on the job.Later I was part of a complete re-engineering of the call centers that involved object oriented programming (using Forte TOOL) and object oriented analysis and design.

Worked on a three man team to prototype using MacIntosh computers to create a GUI front end for agents at the gate and used touch screens to let passengers pick their own seat(s) visually. I worked with gate agents and management to develop the prototype.
