I have been fortunate to have had a professional career in sport as both a player and coach, and currently I spend my professional time at BLOCK Training and my Foundation. I started BLOCK because the general public doesn't have access to the same world-class health and wellness support I've been afforded, and now more than ever people need the right information and resources. We're on a mission to educate people about their healthspan and provide proactive health routines that are accessible and achievable for everyone, particularly those that don't know where to start.At the Steve Nash Foundation, we are dedicated to assisting underserved children in their health, personal development, education, and enjoyment of life. I feel privileged to have such an incredible team at the foundation who are passionate about helping kids.Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my family, and otherwise I'm always looking for ways to play sports with my friends.That's a bit about me!
