About Steve Bagby

I’m a technology executive with deep experience assembling and managing engineering teams that deliver business results. Over the last few years, I’ve been focused on building cloud-based infrastructure for PaaS and SaaS solutions that accelerate the delivery of applications and leverage high volume data. I’m passionate about technology and very hands-on at the design and implementation level. My successes running engineering teams have been anchored by my belief in and practice of the spirit and intent of Agile: groups of smart people who have a solid understanding of the context of their task and mission will do the right thing, and do it well. I have strong skills in recruiting, on-boarding, mentoring, organization, and performance management. I’ve built teams from scratch, executed turn-arounds, and successfully transformed organizations struggling with Agile processes into teams guided by Agile principles that produce value instead of burning cash.
