Manage all aspects of large scale and complex projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget. Designs, communicates, and implements operational plans for completing projects, monitors progress and performance against the project plan and resolves operational problems while minimizing delays. Identifies develops, and gathers necessary resources to complete projects. Monitors activities, allocates resources, and assigns tasks to ensure targets are met. Liaises with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Coaches and mentors project staff and assist them to solve problems.•Defined and refined the Education Consulting PMO, including creating a set of standards and practices that can be implemented across every project in our department. Coach, teach and mentor Project Managers.•Led the creation of a new business segment for PCG subsidiary company, Public Partnerships LLC (PPL).•Led a 300+ member team to process 99,000 applications totaling $270M+ of Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) funds disbursed for the state of Oregon.•Instrumental in Oregon client achieving #1 funds disbursement ranking for ERA dollars in the United States

I help veterans and active duty understand the applicability of their service toward earning their Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certifications. I do this by coaching prospective students through the funding process on how to use unit funds to pay for civilian training. Additionally, I help veterans in transition to know how to prepare and adjust to civilian life.

I served as the Project Manager for multiple projects and the QuantiTech task lead within the Cargo Helicopters Modernization Program Office. My responsibilities include managing project cost, schedule, and performance, contract requirements packages, supporting independent cost estimates, and monitoring contract deliverables. I'm additionally responsible for the morale, welfare, and development of 15 QuantiTech employees embedded within the program office.•Conceptualized, initiated, developed, and negotiated a $24.8M effort resulting in contract award 10 weeks ahead of schedule. •Revitalized a $7M project that was behind schedule and over-budget, leading the project through validation, demonstration, and verification events ahead of schedule and under budget.QuantiTech provides both technical and management support to Government and Commercial Customers in Systems Engineering and Integration; Program and Project Management; Test and Evaluation; Logistics Engineering; Safety; Business Management; and Information Technology.

I was responsible for managing 12 programs within a product line in excess of $20.2M, with a focus on developmental and time/material program efforts. I engaged in developmental/test issue resolution, business development, negotiation, risk management, and execution. I was also charged with the mentorship, development, and tasking of 9 technical program managers, electrical and software engineers.•Positively effected P+L, delivered $2.6M in revenue and added $5.1M in new bookings on assigned programs. •Expanded the company footprint among our client-base, planning and coordinated site visits for 119 US Army and Army Civilian Acquisition and Logistician professionals in FY17. •Coordinated the landing of a CH-47F Chinook on the front lawn of the facility for an employee appreciation event.SCI Technology, Inc. designs and manufactures aircraft parts and equipment. I served in a variety of leadership roles as a leader within the Aviation Branch as a Commissioned Officer and Pilot-In-Command in the CH-47D/F Chinook helicopter.

I was a Small Group Leader (SGL), responsible for the professional military development and education of more than 300 company grade officers annually. I served as the Company Commander, responsible for the training, combat readiness, morale, welfare and professional development 90 Soldiers as well as the maintenance and readiness of $640 million of equipment.•Changed the culture of the unit, creating a standards based and disciplined organization that expertly conducted 1,750 combat missions spanning over 5,300 hours of flight time with zero accidents or incidents. •Rated in the top 5 of 90 Captains in the Brigade and #1 of 8 Commanders in the Battalion on yearly performance evaluation.The Heavy Lift Company provides heavy-lift support with CH-47 Chinook helicopters to ground force commanders via internal/external loads, air assault, paradrop, refueling, and fire suppression missions.

I served as the Company Commander, responsible for the training, combat readiness, morale, welfare and professional development of 45 Soldiers as well as the maintenance and readiness of $18 million of equipment.•Designed, implemented, and oversaw a rigorous training program resulting in our controllers safely sequencing over 215,000 aircraft movements in both Afghanistan and United States and winning the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) ATC Facility of the Year in 2014.•Seamlessly coordinated with Spanish, Italian, Mongolian, and Afghan leadership to increase operational support capabilities.The Air Traffic Services (ATS) company provides safe and sequenced execution of of aircraft within the designated area of operations.
