Welcome! I’m Steve Barrier and for the last 15 years I’ve worked hard to provide operational excellence within Amazon Fulfillment and Amazon Imaging Services.Currently, I’m an Imaging Specialist, working remotely from my home in Ohio. I’m working to improve the experience of Amazon’s vast network of selling partners by investigating their most common image publication issues and working with them directly to create real, sustainable solutions.Previously, I managed operations for Amazon’s photography studio based in Hebron, Kentucky. In this role I had the pleasure of managing a team of wonderful, talented people. Together, we designed processes to drive image coverage of Amazon’s catalog. We launched photography studios in new marketplaces. We blended creativity and operations and changed the game on what customers experience visually on site.I’m a deep diver and a problem solver. I care about the teams I’m working for and the teams I’m working with. I love to build from the ground up and I love working with people who love it too.
