We are a national network of moms and dads who support the back office (accounting, finance, and HR) of entrepreneurs so that they can focus on product and customer development.My responsibilities included:- Core operational duties to ensure quality delivery of BackOps' services and technology to our diverse client base (SaaS, Tech, startups, healthcare, etc.)- New configuration and onboarding of BackOps' clients and internal employees to access and permission accounting and HR software (QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, BambooHR)- Working with other members in the Operations team to improve and scale process documents used by the coordinators to complete everyday tasks
