Steven has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. In 2004 he and his wife, Julie Bell, started Circle B Underground, LLC. Steven serves as President, CEO, and Owner. In the beginning, his duties ranged from running equipment to bidding jobs and all aspects of both operations and administration. Currently Steven manages and directs the organization toward its primary objectives of maintaining a viable and profitable organization while providing stable employment for his employees. He plans, coordinates, and directs the daily operations of the various companies through the organizational structure that he has established. He determines current and long range goals, objectives, plans and policies and provides guidance, direction, and support in order to meet the company’s goals and objectives. He oversees the adequacy and viability of the organization's financial structure, in addition to planning and directing all investigations and negotiations pertaining to mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, and the purchase or sale of major assets. He has established and maintains an effective system of communications throughout the organization. Steven represents the organization with major customers, the financial community, and the public and is well respected within the industry. When needed, Steven will operate equipment, weld and perform other duties in the field when required to meet or exceed the customer’s requirements and specifications.CIRCLE B UNDERGROUND wants to partner with you.
