I was recruited to support the founder at the startup and growth stage of a commercial construction company. Starting with just the two of us, we quickly learned what it meant to work at breakneck speeds. Over two years, we expanded into more than a dozen states and exceeded revenue projections, all while staying focused on delivering a world-class experience for our clients.It was a true “all hands on deck” environment, where I drew from my past experiences to help with everything from operations and team development to sales, marketing, and HR.
