Dedicated to delivering quality results for his clients, Steven Bierly has experience with a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, venture capital investments, joint ventures, equity and debt offerings, and the formation of Small Business Investment Companies and other investment funds. Prior to joining Polsinelli in 2013, Steven spent five years at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he gained valuable legal experience, including spending six months in Singapore during 2010, where he advised clients on securities offerings in international markets.Steven was a certified public accountant prior to attending law school and worked for two years as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP. The clients he served at Deloitte included two Fortune 500 companies and numerous private companies and government clients. While in law school, Steven was a member of the 2006-07 Northwestern School of Law Negotiation Team, and his two-person team finished first place in its regional competition and competed at the ABA-sponsored national finals
