Successfully launched new business to serve a hub for consulting work and the development of long-term strategic interactive projects. Current projects include:- iPad app for parents and caregivers of developmentally disabled children. - iPad / iPhone app designed to track stats for high school golf coaches and players. - iPad app to support B2B sales for an international manufacturing company. Recent contract assignments:- Eyethink / Huntington Bank: Serving as strategist, planner and development coordinator for the ongoing development of a B2B iPad sales tool for commercial banking products and services. - Sweet Tooth Cottage: Manages marketing, communication and business strategy resulting in double digit annual growth for the past five years. Planned and coordinated the move and interior construction of a new retail location in early 2013.

Nurtured and grew strategic client relationships. Worked in tandem with clients internal and external teams to plan and execute the development of marketing related materials and strategies. Projects include brand/identity development, print collateral, interactive displays, websites, iPad web apps, retail packaging and POP materials.

CrimsonCup is a wholesale coffee roaster and distributor. The company primarily supports owners of independently owned coffee houses with a full range of products and services. During my time with CrimsonCup, I repositioned the company’s brand to improve consumer as well as B2B sales; redesigned and launched a new client loyalty program; increased the benefit of the consulting program; restructured and deployed the marketing and sales teams, including 12 direct reports. My responsibilities included lead generation, lead conversion and related collateral, retail food-service merchandising, seasonal retail promotions, advertising, public relations, product packaging, company communications, customer relationship management, brand management, web development/management, annual customer convention, program management, increased customer sales and all related budgets/metrics.

JPMorgan Chase a leading global financial services firm. My role with the company was to provide marketing and communications support for three businesses within the Investment Management Group. The combined businesses were responsible for more than $70 million in annual sales (Corporate Trust, Retirement Services and Mortgage Specialized Services). I directed the planning, budget and execution for a variety of marketing and communication programs including: advertising; collateral; brand management; graphic design; RFP; sales; special promotion; new product; public relations; internal communications; and customer service.
