Towards the end of a busy year (and looking for something new) I was provided an opportunity to bring an abandoned post-doctoral research project to a satisfactory close. This required me to liaise with academic and industry stakeholders, evaluate the state of the project, complete experiments, and make evidence based recommendations in written reports.
