From early 2019, I work at the Tiroler Skischule in Ehwald. In November 2019 I did the Anwärter course.

For one and a half year I lived in Sweden with a group of 8 people. Close to nature we lived in a house for the first year. After that we moved to Lapland to live in a Tipi. We did this to learn how it is to live in a group and take all the distractions away from modern society away. Just take the first step.In this crazy initiative i work together with 3 other, vision driven, persons with each a set of diffrent skills. Together we make a great team. I focus allot on connections outside and making new ones, giving workshops and courses, working with students and the organizing of diffrent events. The Joy of Working for me, is a platform that grows on and with me to do what i love to do. 'Something new, something that gives oppertunities, something that makes people smile and working together with all sorts of people'.This is my main thing. Concrete things we and i do at The Joy of Working are:- Giving workshops & courses about personal leadership (personal development)- Giving workshops & courses about shared leadership (teambuilding)- Making video's about visionary's, change, society & people.- Spreading our documentary 'A Journey Into the Unknown' - Organizing courses to Sweden. For a few months i worked as an entrepreneur for the Friesland College to counsel students with their study career. I helped them to reach their goals.

Jonge Helden (in english: Young Hero's) is a Learning Company were students work with clients from the field. The subject is: Design and multimedia.I had a great time working together with students from the Friesland College. I got the oppertunity to work freely with these students outside the borders of the school. It was all about creating room for the students to develop their skills. After working together for a few months you could even call it family. I encouraged the students or 'hero's' to take their own initiative. Nowaday's in school, you are listening a lot to teachers who try to give you knowledge directly. I think this is, for most of the time, a boring and old system for education. Especially for the younger generation. So in weekly meetings the hero's decided their own way of learning and i supported and guided them to do so.In half a year i saw so much progress. People who where insecure became confident and made their own concious decisions.I created education together with the students(, colleagues, family and hero's) and learned that i want to cooperate to help the world of educating to the next level that fits better to our society nowadays.A few concrete examples of my tasks:- Creating a vision and 'why' for the Learning Company - Doing acquisition for clients and maintain relationships- Creating an open structure for the students- Make a save environment that is build on trust- Being a mentor, coach and a leader- Involve students with my tasks (they could be critic to me as well)- Administrative tasks- And a lot more Show less

I worked as an allround employee in a supermarket. From 2012 - 2014 i moved to the distribution centre. I had this job next to my study/education.
